Carmen Belefonte, Managing Attorney of the Firm's Delaware County Office in Media, Pennsylvania, brings more than 35 years of highly successful and diverse trial experience to the assistance of victims and their families in complex wrongful death, premises liability and professional liability cases. Mr. Belefonte, a selection by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer 2005-2009, is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University where as result of his high academic ranking and writing skills, he was an editor of the Law Review and member of the Woolsack Honor Society. A frequent lecturer on effective trial advocacy, Mr. Belefonte is recognized for his leadership and service to the legal community by the American Inns of Court, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Delaware County Bar Association and the American College of Trial Lawyers. He was also appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to serve as Vice-Chair of its Continuing Legal Education Committee and Civil Procedural Rules Committee.
