Tracy D. Schwartz specializes in representing victims of medical malpractice as well as other complex civil litigation matters. Ms. Schwartz initially joined the firm in 2007 as a law clerk and assisted with complex cases involving construction and workplace accidents, medical malpractice, product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents and civil rights. She has worked on several multi-million dollar cases.

Ms. Schwartz was one of forty students chosen to attend the Honors College at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and she graduated from West Chester University in 2004. In 2007, Ms. Schwartz earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she received awards for distinguished class performance. During law school, Ms. Schwartz was awarded an internship at Jacobs Law Group, P.C., where she helped draft entertainment contracts for musicians who achieved platinum status.

Ms. Schwartz is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey. She is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, Pennsylvania Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, the Lawyers Club of Philadelphia and Louis D. Brandeis Law Society. A passionate animal advocate, Ms. Schwartz is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Animal Law Committee.
